Welcome. We are pleased to have you here.
These Terms outline how we serve you and what we ask of you in return. They apply to every visit to ericjamesnettles.myshopify.com and every order placed through it. Eric James Nettles ("we," "our," or "us") operates this site from the United States. You ("the customer") are any person who visits, browses, or purchases through the site.

To order through us, you should be at least 18 years of age, or be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under U.S. law.

Should you create an account, your login credentials are held in your own care. We ask only that you protect them as you would any other personal detail, and let us know promptly if you ever suspect they have been used by someone else.
Section 4 · How Your Order Is Received
When you place an order, you are extending an offer. When we send your order confirmation, we accept that offer formally. Between those two moments, we reserve the discretion to decline an order — but only for reasons we believe you would understand, such as:
The product is no longer in stock
A price or description was published in error
An order shows signs of fraud
The order conflicts with these Terms
If we cancel after payment has been received, your refund is issued promptly to the original payment method.
Section 5 · A Note on Prices
All prices are presented in United States dollars and may be adjusted as our costs change. The price displayed at checkout is the price we honor for that order. In the unusual event of a clear pricing error, we may need to cancel the order rather than fulfill it at the incorrect price — again, with a full refund.
Section 6 · Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use them.
Section 7 · Shipping & Returns, by Reference
The arrangements for shipping are described in our Shipping Policy. The conditions of returns and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Both apply in full to every order.
Section 8 · Honest Product Descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as possible. Subtle variations in tone, finish, or measurement may occur — particularly with natural materials or due to different screen calibrations. These should be appreciated as part of the character of the product, not regarded as defects.
Section 9 · Our Content, Held in Care
Every element of this site — its written word, its photography, its illustrations, its design, its code, and the name "Eric James Nettles" itself — is owned by us or used under license. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies to all of it.
